Civic:
Glenn enjoys service to community. Prior to relocating to
Lansing last June Glenn served as an assistant Boy Scout Leader, a
Rocket Team Coach, a TV host, Director of a community food drive, Vice
Chair of Community Mental Health, Chair of a Jewish Christian Dialogue
Committee, Organizer of an annual ecumenical leadership training event,
and Vice President of Hospice. In 1997 Glenn served as a
Representative from West Michigan to the World Methodist Conference in
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. He has taught Communications for a
District Lay Speaking School, and Disciple Bible Study.
Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary has established an endowed
scholarship for ministry candidates with leadership promise in Glenn’s
name in recognition of Glenn’s ministry.
